  • The product you received is not working, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
  • You report the issue within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • You provide a clear unboxing or proof video showing the issue.

📸 Note: The video proof is necessary so we can verify the problem and resolve it quickly.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Please note that:

  • Returns will not be accepted after 2 days of delivery.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, no proof video, or missing packaging/accessories will not be eligible.
